Previously, Mr. Tso was Chief Executive Officer of L’Arc Macau Hotel and Casino in Macau, China, for over seven years. During that time, he oversaw the construction of a 54-story building, the tallest in Macau, presided over its opening and the early operation of the 77,000 square foot casino and 345-room hotel. Mr. Tso is also founder and director of a FINTECH company in Indonesia since 2017.
Mr. Tso is an early investor of ProTom International and served as vice-chairman of the board of directors for a number of years. He was appointed to the ProTom CEO position on 17 January 2024.
Mr. Tso received a very important award, the Golden Jubilee Medal, from Her Late Majesty Elizabeth II, Queen of England. This award focuses on achievement of those who, over the years, helped create the Canada of today.

Mr. Huseinovic has been with ProTom International since 2016, providing leadership for the engineering group through new system technology development and integration.

Mr. Huseinovic has been with ProTom International since 2016, providing leadership for the engineering group through new system technology development and integration.
Prior to ProTom, Mr. Huseinovic managed the Mechanical Engineering Group at Axcelis Technologies, where he led new product development programs within the Ion Implant and the Plasma Cleaning and Curing departments.
Mr. Huseinovic has over 20 years of experience within the capital equipment, electronic, and medical device industries. He holds multiple US granted patents spanning several categories, including the semiconductor and medical device spaces. He has a passion for applying his skills and providing technical leadership in advancing human health and the quality of life.
Mr. Huseinovic earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.

Mrs. Smith has served as ProTom International’s Vice President, Administration, and Corporate Secretary since the company was founded. She brings to ProTom over 40 years’ experience in the healthcare, legal, and manufacturing industries for both public and private companies.
Over the years, Mrs. Smith held variety of positions at: Catalyst Rx, a pharmacy benefits manager and subsidiary of Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHSI); Pathology Partners, Inc. (formerly Miraca Life Sciences, now Inform Diagnostics); SemperCare, Inc.; Amtech Corporation (now TransCore, a unit of Roper Industries (NYSE: ROP)); and Horizon Health Corporation (Nasdaq: HORC). Early in her career, Ms. Smith worked as a paralegal for the firms of Hughes & Luce and Johnson & Swanson, P.C.
Mrs. Smith holds a B.A. in Business from the University of North Texas and a B.A. in Paralegal Studies from Southern Methodist University. Mrs. Smith received her M.A. in Economics from the University of North Texas.

Dr. Sivan has over 22 years of experience in the proton therapy field. He was one of the founding members and first employees of ProTom International. Prior to his involvement in the proton therapy industry, Dr. Sivan had a successful career in academia as a lecturer at the University

Dr. Sivan has over 22 years of experience in the proton therapy field. He was one of the founding members and first employees of ProTom International. Prior to his involvement in the proton therapy industry, Dr. Sivan had a successful career in academia as a lecturer at the University of Adelaide in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He was also an Engineering Officer and later as Research Scientist with the Defense Science and Technology Organization of the Australian Department of Defense. Dr. Sivan was born in St. Petersburg, Russia (then the Soviet Union) and immigrated to Australia as a teenager in 1981, where he completed his schooling. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Adelaide.

Mr. Potenza joined ProTom in 2015 as the first member of the Service and Maintenance Team. He staffed the team with experienced personnel and implemented a comprehensive safety program. Mr. Potenza led the team in support of the assembly and testing of ProTom’s Radiance 330 at MIT Bates Lab and its subsequent

Mr. Potenza joined ProTom in 2015 as the first member of the Service and Maintenance Team. He staffed the team with experienced personnel and implemented a comprehensive safety program. Mr. Potenza led the team in support of the assembly and testing of ProTom’s Radiance 330 at MIT Bates Lab and its subsequent installation at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Lunder Building.
Mr. Potenza has over 35 years of experience in manufacturing operations, service and maintenance, with 25 years at Intel as a lithography equipment specialist. During his career, Mr. Potenza supported numerous installation cycles, large-scale site construction and facility decommissioning. He gained extensive experience in emergency response leadership, safety management lean manufacturing and team supervision.
Mr. Potenza is a graduate of both the US Naval Nuclear Power Program and Electronics Technician School. He served in the submarine force as a reactor operator and achieved certification as an engineering watch supervisor after extensive electrical and mechanical system training.

Dr. Teymurazyan joined ProTom in 2016. As the Senior Director of Clinical Integration and Corporate Radiation Safety Officer, he leads the integration and enhancement of proton therapy systems, overseeing everything from system design to regulatory compliance.

Dr. Teymurazyan joined ProTom in 2016. As the Senior Director of Clinical Integration and Corporate Radiation Safety Officer, he leads the integration and enhancement of proton therapy systems, overseeing everything from system design to regulatory compliance.
With over eight years of postgraduate research experience in nuclear physics and more than fifteen years in radiotherapy, he is skilled in Radiation Oncology Operations, Regulatory Compliance, and FDA Regulations for Radiation Oncology Technologies. He is also an expert in the development of Proton Therapy adapted Imaging Systems, Facility Design, Clinical Interface Equipment, Equipment Operation Procedures, and Validation and Verification Testing.
Dr. Teymurazyan holds a Ph.D. in Medical Physics from the University of Alberta and has completed radiation safety training at Harvard University and Medical Physics Residency at the Ottawa Hospital Cancer Centre.

As the senior director of R&D & physics, Dr. Rommel leads various efforts to improve and enhance the performance of the proton beam system from ionization to acceleration, transport, and delivery in the treatment room. Dr. Rommel joined ProTom in March of 2021. As the senior director of R&D & physics, Dr. Rommel leads various efforts to improve and enhance the performance of the proton beam system from ionization to acceleration, transport, and delivery in the treatment room. In addition, he directs contributions by external specialists in areas such as beamline physics modeling.
Dr. Rommel has spent over 20 years developing advanced technologies in the semiconductor, nondestructive testing, and security inspection industries. He has published extensively in scientific journals, presented at international conferences, and holds more than 12 patents.
Before joining ProTom International, Dr. Rommel worked for 13 years at American Science and Engineering, where he served as Principal Scientist and finally as Chief Engineer. He holds a graduate degree from the University of Greifswald in Germany and a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from Boston College.
